LivingSocial FastBook: A Health & Beauty Pilot Project

FastBook is a design challenge to gain insight about users behaviors and frustrations around booking appointments. Responsibilities included designing core user experience, to marketing layouts and tactics, first time experience, and customer engagement, while unifying them across the platform.

Process

This project started with numerous rounds of focus groups, where we really wanted to understand the market today—what worked, what didn't and how it could be improved. From there, we did many rounds of wire frame sketches, mock ups, and user testing and prototyping until the ideal user experience was created.
